On behalf of our client, a poultry farm and products company, we are looking for a Marketer. The Marketer is responsible for promoting the Company ’s products, identifying new market opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships to maximize sales and strengthen brand presence. The role blends traditional and digital marketing approaches to ensure consistent growth, customer satisfaction, and competitiveness in the agricultural sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive product visibility and sales growth.   
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and direct customers.   
  • Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging opportunities.   
  • Manage advertising, promotions, and social media activities to boost brand awareness.   
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.   
  • Organize product exhibitions, field demonstrations, and promotional events.   
  • Collaborate with the production and sales teams to align supply with market demand.   
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, marketing performance, and market trends.   
  • Ensure timely feedback collection from customers and address concerns to strengthen loyalty.   
  • Explore and develop new distribution channels to expand the farm’s market reach.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.   
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in agriculture, poultry, or FMCG.   
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.   
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.   
  • Knowledge of the agriculture or poultry industry is an added advantage.   
  • Ability to analyze market data, prepare reports, and recommend actionable strategies.   
  • Creative, self-driven, and results-oriented with strong problem- solving skills.   
  • Flexibility to travel and engage with customers across different markets.
