The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, ensuring smooth system operations, and supporting application maintenance and development-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software (Windows/Linux, MS Office, browsers, applications).
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets while ensuring adherence to IT policies.
  • Monitor and maintain web and mobile applications, resolve login issues, and escalate complex bugs to the development team.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain servers, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity, performing basic network diagnostics.
  • Monitor server health, perform routine backups, test data restores, and apply required security patches.
  • Support cybersecurity and ISO 27001 compliance by enforcing password policies, identifying vulnerabilities, and removing malware.
  • Log and track support tickets, maintain IT hardware/software inventory, and prepare periodic performance and incident reports.
  • Liaise with vendors for equipment repairs, warranty claims, and technical support.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2โ€“3 years of hands-on IT support experience (experience in insurance or fintech environments is an added advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, basic Linux commands, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS).
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.
  • Familiarity with web applications, APIs, or mobile app troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during go-live periods and month-end peaks.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime or remain on standby for critical system issues.
