systems and solutions across Africa, Human Capital Outsourcing
Limited is recruiting an experienced Head of Finance to oversee
financial planning, reporting, compliance, and controls across multi-
country operations. The role is responsible for ensuring financial
integrity, supporting strategic decision-making, managing budgets and
cash flow, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax
requirements across regional markets.
Responsibilities:
- ✓ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
processes.
- ✓ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management and
statutory accounts.
- ✓ Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
- ✓ Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory
requirements across regions.
- ✓ Oversee audits, internal controls, and risk management
frameworks.
- ✓ Support business strategy through financial analysis and
performance insights.
- ✓ Monitor project costing, margins, and profitability for IT solutions
and contracts.
- ✓ Manage finance team performance, development, and capacity
building.
- ✓ Implement and maintain financial systems, controls, and
reporting tools.
- ✓ Liaise with external auditors, banks, regulators, and tax
authorities.
Requirements:
- ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related
field.
- ✓ Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is
required.
- ✓ Minimum of 7 years’ experience in finance management,
preferably within IT or technology firms.
- ✓ Strong understanding of multi-currency, multi-country financial
operations.
- ✓ Experience in project-based accounting and contract
management.
- ✓ Excellent analytical, leadership, and financial reporting skills.
- ✓ Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- ✓ High integrity, attention to detail, and strategic mindset.
