On behalf of our client, a growing poultry and FMCG company, we are seeking a highly aggressive and results-driven Sales Representative to drive territory expansion, increase product sales, grow distributor networks, recruit franchise partners, and strengthen market penetration. The role requires extensive fieldwork and direct engagement with customers, distributors, restaurants, and institutional buyers.
Responsibilities
Drive sales growth within assigned territories.
Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
Grow daily sales volumes and market share.
Oversee performance of distributor shops and franchise outlets.
Recruit and onboard new vendor cart franchisees and distribution partners.
Conduct customer visits and manage client relationships.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
Support outlet promotions, campaigns, activations, and brand visibility initiatives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track collections, customer growth, and territory performance.
Resolve customer complaints and support retention efforts.
Ensure consistent market coverage and business development activities.
Skills & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in FMCG, food distribution, retail sales, or territory management.
Experience in franchise growth or distributor management is an added advantage.
Strong field sales and business development background preferred.
