The Junior Site Developer & Systems Administrator is responsible for
designing, developing, and maintaining the farm’s digital platforms
while ensuring efficient IT operations and data security. The role
combines web development, system administration, graphic design,
and content creation to deliver innovative solutions that enhance
efficiency, strengthen online presence, and support organizational
goals.
Responsibilities:
- ✓ Design, develop, and maintain the company’s site and web
applications.
- ✓ Manage and maintain servers, networks, and farm-specific IT
systems.
- ✓ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and website issues.
- ✓ Ensure the security and integrity of farm data and IT infrastructure.
- ✓ Perform regular system updates, backups, and performance
monitoring.
- ✓ Create engaging graphics, digital assets, and multimedia content
for communication and marketing.
- ✓ Develop and publish creative content for web and social media
platforms.
- ✓ Provide technical support and training to the team on IT systems
and digital tools.
- ✓ Monitor and maintain IT and digital media equipment inventory.
Requirements:
- ✓ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web
Development, or a related field.
- ✓ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in web development and system
administration.
- ✓ Proficiency in front-end and back-end web technologies (e.g.,
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL).
- ✓ Strong knowledge of network and server management.
- ✓ Skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva,
Figma).
- ✓ Experience in content development and digital marketing.
- ✓ Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.
- ✓ Ability to multitask across technical and creative roles.
