On behalf of our client in the microfinance sector, we are seeking to
recruit a HR Manager/Officer (Generalist). The role is responsible for
overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including
recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning
and development, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal
candidate will have 3โ5 yearsโ progressive HR experience within the
Kenyan market, strong knowledge of labour laws, and proven ability
to support a growing organization in driving people and culture
initiatives.

The HR Manager/Officer will oversee and manage the end-to-end
Human Resource function within the organization. This role is
responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives to
support a high-performance culture, while ensuring compliance with
Kenyan labor laws. The position is critical in managing recruitment,
employee relations, performance management, learning and
development, and HR administration in a growing financial services
environment.
