Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor - Human Capital Outsourcing Limited

On behalf of our client, we're seeking to recruit a highly professional Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to support and oversee daily food and beverage operations within a 5-star luxury hotel environment. The role is responsible for supervising service teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service excellence standards, enforcing SOPs, and supporting the F&B Manager in achieving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and lounges.   
  • Lead, schedule, and motivate service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.   
  • Ensure service standards, SOPs, and luxury brand guidelines are consistently followed.   
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service flow.   
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.   
  • Support training, coaching, and performance management of F&B staff.   
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.   
  • Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, and shift closures.   
  • Monitor inventory usage, minimize wastage, and report variances.   
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.   
  • Assist in planning and executing events, banquets, and special functions.   
  • Prepare shift, daily, and monthly operational reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.   
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in F&B operations, preferably within a luxury or 5-star hotel.   
  • Strong understanding of fine dining service standards, wine service, and guest etiquette.   
  • Proven leadership and team supervision experience.   
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.   
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.   
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.   
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory controls, and SOP compliance.   
  • High level of professionalism, grooming, and service excellence orientation.   
  • Shift-based role, including weekends, holidays, and peak service hours.   
  • Fast-paced luxury hospitality environment requiring high service standards.
