seeking a detail-oriented Credit Risk Analyst to assess and monitor
credit risk exposure across their loan portfolio. The successful
candidate will analyze financial data, prepare risk reports, and support
decision-making processes to minimize potential losses.
Responsibilities:
- ✓ Analyze credit applications and financial statements to assess
borrower creditworthiness
- ✓ Develop and maintain credit risk models and scoring systems
- ✓ Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning
indicators
- ✓ Prepare comprehensive risk assessment reports for
management review
- ✓ Collaborate with underwriting teams to establish appropriate
credit limits
- ✓ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal
risk policies
- ✓ Conduct industry and market research to identify emerging risks
Requirements:
- ✓ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related
field
- ✓ 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis or risk management
- ✓ Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- ✓ Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and statistical software (R/SAS
preferred)
- ✓ Knowledge of banking regulations and credit risk frameworks
- ✓ Professional certification (FRM, CFA) is an advantage
