looking for an innovative Digital Banking Product Manager to drive the
development and enhancement of their mobile and online banking
platforms. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional digital
experiences for their customers.
Responsibilities:
- ✓ Define product roadmap and strategy for digital banking
solutions
- ✓ Gather and analyze customer feedback and market
requirements
- ✓ Collaborate with IT, UX/UI, and marketing teams on product
development
- ✓ Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch and
optimization
- ✓ Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement
analytics
- ✓ Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure regulatory
adherence
- ✓ Lead user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
- ✓ Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- ✓ 4-6 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech
- ✓ Strong understanding of digital banking trends and technologies
- ✓ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- ✓ Excellent project management and communication skills
- ✓ Knowledge of API integration and mobile app development
- ✓ MBA or relevant certifications preferred
