seeking a dedicated Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist to lead
initiatives that enhance patient care quality, safety, and operational
efficiency across their healthcare network.
Responsibilities:
- ✓ Develop and implement quality improvement programs and
initiatives
- ✓ Analyze clinical outcomes data and identify areas for
improvement
- ✓ Facilitate root cause analysis for adverse events and near
misses
- ✓ Coordinate with medical staff to implement evidence-based
practices
- ✓ Prepare quality metrics reports for leadership and regulatory
bodies
- ✓ Lead multidisciplinary teams in process improvement projects
- ✓ Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and CMS quality
standards
Requirements:
- ✓ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or
related field
- ✓ 4-5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or
clinical operations
- ✓ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt
preferred)
- ✓ Familiarity with healthcare quality metrics and reporting
requirements
- ✓ Strong project management and facilitation skills
- ✓ Experience with quality management software systems
- ✓ Master's degree or professional certification (CPHQ, CPPS)
preferred
