On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Poultry Processing Plant Manager to oversee all processing plant operations, ensuring efficient production, food safety, quality assurance, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and profitability. The successful candidate will lead production teams, optimize plant performance, manage processing schedules, and ensure products consistently meet customer and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily processing plant operations.
Develop production schedules.
Ensure food safety compliance.
Implement quality assurance procedures.
Supervise production employees.
Optimize production efficiency.
Monitor production costs.
Minimize product waste.
Ensure equipment maintenance.
Coordinate production planning.
Manage inventory and raw materials.
Ensure occupational safety compliance.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare operational performance reports.
Ensure regulatory compliance.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's Food Science.
Industrial Engineering Qualification.
Operations Management Degree.
Five Years Processing Experience.
Food Manufacturing Experience.
HACCP Knowledge Required.
